Chicken wings can be boring or repetitive. Which is why Alejandro Velázquez, recent ITESM graduate, decided to change this ONCE AND FOR ALL.
Biker Wings, his brand new restaurant, is located in Toluca, Estado de México, inside a gourmet market-style venue called Vendimia.
It opened up on January 31st, 2016, and has been a hit ever since.
Alejandro has managed to find new ways and new flavors with which to combine the delicious chicken wings we all know and love.
Upon being asked about the decision to open up shop, Alejandro said, “There’s always risks and problems, but that is what I had to overcome to accomplish my dreams.”
The restaurant’s name originates from the love Alejandro’s family has towards Harley Davidson Bikes, which have been a tradition amongst its generations. Thus, Biker Wings was born.
What sets Biker Wings apart from all the rest is its wide range of sauces – from Chipotle, BBQ, Mango, Teriyaki, Classic Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Coconut and Red Fruits, you won’t ever get bored of eating chicken.
With over 20 sauces from which to choose from, the hardest part will be picking out the flavor.
And if this wasn’t enough, you can mix and match sauces to fit your palate’s desires. Yum!
