Ceviche is one of those things you never regret eating.

It is fresh, wonderful and surprisingly light. And we’ve just found an awesome place to enjoy it, right in the middle of Cuernavaca, Morelos.

I mean, look at this place.

There are no words.

We died and went to heaven.

Between the wonderful clamatos and the luscious ceviches, there is no better way to fight off the relentless spring temperature.

Our recommendation: their ceviche bravo and ceviche mixto. Otherworldy.

My favorite part? This little fella.

I love chipotle mayo dressing – and this one was right there on our table. Well played, Barra Vieja. Well played.
